Driver's Licensing: Effective July 1, 2022, all driver’s license services have moved from the Offices of Circuit Court Clerk to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. More at drive.ky.gov.
Payment options: Cash, money order, in-state personal check, cashier's check, certified check, credit (up to $2,500) and debit cards (fee applies).
Pay online with ePay. Cash or certified check required for cold-check payment. Personal checks must have Social Security number, birth date and phone number. Driver's license required for posting bond or picking up check. All payments should be made payable to Henderson Circuit Court Clerk.
Parking: Two-hour parking around building and unrestricted parking on Washington Street. Designated parking in front of building for those with disability parking permit.

15-35 years old: Request records from the State Records Center by submitting this form to state.records@ky.gov.
