Kentucky Circuit Court Clerk Examination

Pursuant to SCR 1.060(4), the Administrative Office of the Courts will administer a special circuit court clerks exam to prospective candidates to fill the unexpired term of the Webster County circuit court clerk. The exam will take place Monday, Dec. 30, 2019. Registration is open to Webster County residents only. Obtain the registration form here and must be received by noon EST Dec. 26, 2019.

Pursuant to SCR 1.060, applicants who seek the Office of Circuit Clerk are required to obtain a minimum score of 70 percent on the qualifying exam, which is to be prepared and administered by the Administrative Office of the Courts.

The exam will consist of two sections:

Rules Governing Exam:  Study materials, calculators, cell phones, smartwatches, food and beverages will not be allowed in the testing room.
