The Clark County Judicial Center was authorized by the General Assembly in 2024. The maximum annual use allowance is $5.8 million. The project is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in 2030. The Clark County Judicial Center will house all court services for Clark County, including circuit and district court, the circuit court clerk's office and statewide programs.
The Project Development Board (PDB) meets on the last Friday of the month. PDB members include Les Yates, Circuit Judge Cole Maier, District Judge Earl Ray-Neal, Circuit Court Clerk Tony Kirk, Judge Nora Shepherd, Citizen at Large Ed Burtner and KBA Representative Julia Adams. The Clark County PDB has yet to select an architect, construction manager and financial advisor.
