The Kentucky Court of Appeals (COA) Building Project was authorized by the General Assembly in 2024. The maximum annual use allowance is $14 million.
The project is currently in Phase C (construction documents) and is expected to go out for bid in the summer of 2026. The Kentucky Court of Appeals building will be a 1-story facility and will include offices for the COA Clerk, staff, staff attorney's and courtrooms for COA proceedings.
