Kentucky Court of Appeals (COA) Building

The Kentucky Court of Appeals (COA) Building Project was authorized by the General Assembly in 2024. The maximum annual use allowance is $14.1 million.

The new Court of Appeals building will serve as the Court of Appeals headquarters, housing administrative offices for the Court of Appeals clerk, staff attorneys and other staff. The one-story, 20,500-square-foot facility is scheduled for completion in 2028.

Brandsletter Carroll designed the building. A general contractor will be selected through a competitive bidding process this fall.
