Answer: Yes. However, email delivery can fail for many reasons and you are encouraged to periodically check to see if the request has been processed. The results will be available for 30 days after the report has been processed.
Question: Can I request a record on another person?
Answer: Yes. Criminal record reports are public information. However, you will not receive information on case types that are confidential by law or not part of the criminal record. These include juvenile cases, mental health cases and domestic violence cases.
Question: What type of information is contained in a criminal record report?
Answer: All misdemeanor and traffic cases for at least the last five (5) years and felonies dating back to 1978.
Question: What type of payment is accepted?
Answer: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards and most debit cards.
Question: Is there an additional fee to pay by credit card?
Answer: Credit/debit card fees are 2.25% of the transaction amount or $2.50, whichever is greater.

Question: How long does it take to process an online request?
Answer: All requests are processed in the order they are received. The response time depends on the volume of requests ahead of yours.

Answer: Registered users may review pending requests online. Requests successfully submitted will show a status of “Processing.”
Question: How do I read a criminal record report?
Answer: The Administrative Office of the Courts is not permitted to interpret information contained in the report. You may want to contact someone with legal expertise to help answer questions about information in the report.

Answer: No. All requests are processed in the order they are received.
